TARGET MUSCLES 目标肌群

Core muscles (transversus abdominis, internal obliques, etc. to stabilize pelvis and spine), hip flexors (iliopsoas, rectus femoris, etc. to initiate leg lift), hip extensors and adductors/abductors (involved in control and stabilization based on movement variation).

核心肌群(腹横肌、腹内斜肌等维持骨盆与脊椎稳定)、髋屈肌群(髂腰肌、股直肌等主导抬腿)、髋伸肌群与内收/外展肌群(根据动作变化参与控制与稳定)。

SETUP 设置

Ensure Spine Corrector is stable. Client lies supine, adjust position so that hips (line between ASIS) are at the highest point (apex) of the corrector, shoulders and head relaxed on floor.

确保脊椎矫正器稳固放置。练习者仰卧,调整身体位置使髋部(髂前上棘连线)位于矫正器的最高点(顶端),肩膀和头部放松于地面。

CUES 口令

Starting position: Supine, shoulders on floor, hips at apex of corrector. Hold handles or place arms by sides to stabilize trunk. Legs straight or slightly bent. Breathing/Movement (general): Movement (legs moving toward body or exerting force) typically on exhalation, return or preparation on inhalation, keep breath smooth, no holding. Scissors: Exhale, one leg lifts toward body, other extends down, legs alternate up/down like scissors. Imagine legs like sharp blades, movement clean. Bicycle: Exhale, one leg flexes hip and knee up, simulate pedaling a bike, focus on feeling of leg reaching back from hip like 'bow and arrow'. Circles/Helicopter/Pinwheel: Exhale, legs draw circles or compound movements, imagine toes painting clear geometric shapes in air. Imagery: Core like stable foundation, legs like paintbrushes painting precisely in air; movement like a pendulum, controlled and rhythmic.

起始位:仰卧,肩膀贴地,髋部位于矫正器顶端。双手抓握矫正器两侧把手或置于体侧以稳定躯干。双腿伸直或微屈准备。 呼吸与动作(通用原则):动作(腿向身体移动或发力时)通常配合吐气,返回或准备时吸气,保持呼吸流畅不憋气。 剪刀:吐气,一腿向上向身体方向,另一腿向下延伸,两腿上下交替,如剪刀开合。想象双腿像锋利的刀刃,动作干净利落。 骑单车:吐气,一腿屈髋屈膝向上,模拟蹬自行车动作,重点感受腿部从髋部向后延伸的“弓与箭”感。 绕圈/直升机/风车:吐气,腿部画圈或进行复合运动,想象脚尖在空气中描绘清晰的几何图案。 想象提示:核心如稳定的基石,双腿如画笔在空中精准作画;动作像钟摆一样有控制、有节奏。

IMAGERY 意象

【Direct】Joint Mechanism: In 'Bicycle', feel the femoral head rotating smoothly like a ball bearing deep within the hip socket, keeping the pelvis motionless atop the arc. Alignment: When circling, ensure the second toe, mid-patella, and ASIS remain in the same mechanical plane. Stability: Use the counter-pressure from the handles to mold your posterior shoulders into the mat, anchoring the upper body for leg movement. 【Indirect】Inverted Precision Scale: Imagine your body as an inverted scale with the corrector's apex as the fulcrum; your legs are weights shifting position, requiring core balance to keep the fulcrum steady. Fixed Compass Needle: View your pelvis as the fixed needle of a compass, ensuring the center doesn't shift as the drawing arms (legs) move through space. Liquid Universal Joints: Imagine your hip joints as two fluid-filled universal joints; every movement guides the liquid to flow evenly, eliminating any hitch. 【Space】Transparent Sphere: In 'Helicopter', imagine your legs sweeping through and filling a massive transparent sphere that spans the room, creating 3D volume. Expanding Star Map: Feel energy spilling from your toes to trace an expanding geometric star map in the void, reaching for the limits of the space. Probing Deep Shadows: As the leg lowers, imagine reaching with your heel to probe the deepest shadows of the room's corners, maximizing the length between trunk and limb. 【Feeling】Viscous Heavy Crude Oil (Resistance): Feel the air turn into thick crude oil; every 'Scissors' pass requires the whole leg to push through the medium steadily and slowly. Double Bass String (Tension): Imagine a resonating double bass string connecting your inner legs, maintaining a crisp, elastic tension throughout to prevent any slack. Warm Silt Suction (Tactile): As the pelvis settles into the well, feel a deep suction like sinking into warm silt, using that pressure to reinforce your awareness of neutral.

TACTILE CUES 触觉提示

Lightly touch front of pelvis (ASIS), cue to stay stable, avoid anterior/posterior tilt. During leg lowering, lightly touch back of thigh or heel, cue to reach long. During circles, guide ankle with hand to trace the circle path.

轻触练习者骨盆前侧(髂前上棘),提示其保持稳定,避免前后倾。在腿部下放时,轻触其大腿后侧或脚跟,提示向远延伸。在画圈时,用手引导其脚踝画圈的轨迹。

PROGRESSION 进阶

Increase tempo while maintaining control. Reduce or remove hand support (e.g., arms overhead or behind head). Increase range of motion and repetitions.

加快动作节奏同时保持控制。减少或取消手部支撑(如手臂上举或放于头后)。增加动作幅度和重复次数。

REGRESSION 退阶

Keep knees bent for all movements to shorten lever, reduce difficulty. Place one hand on floor or lightly touch corrector for tactile feedback. Significantly reduce range of motion. Perform single-leg variations first.

始终弯曲膝盖进行所有动作,缩短杠杆,降低难度。单手扶地或轻触矫正器以获得触觉反馈。大幅减小动作幅度。先进行单腿练习。

COMMON ERRORS 常见错误

Placing weight/pressure on cervical spine; unwanted spinal flexion or extension (lower back arching or lifting off corrector); pelvis wobbling side to side or tilting with leg movements; leg movements weak, lack clear path; shoulder shrugging or neck tension.

将体重和压力置于颈椎;出现不必要的脊椎屈曲或伸展(腰部拱起或离开矫正器);骨盆随着腿部动作左右晃动或前倾/后倾;腿部动作绵软无力、轨迹不清晰;耸肩或颈部紧张。

PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Caution for acute neck injury, acute severe disc herniation; pregnant women (especially after first trimester) need professional guidance to modify or avoid; post-hip replacement requires careful assessment of range.

颈部急性损伤、严重腰椎间盘突出急性期者慎做;孕期(尤其孕中期后)需在专业指导下调整或避免;髋关节置换术后需谨慎评估动作范围。
