TARGET MUSCLES 目标肌群

Spinal extensors (working within controlled range), pectorals and serratus anterior (stretched), rectus abdominis and transversus abdominis (eccentric contraction to control extension range, prevent excessive lumbar lordosis).

脊柱伸肌群(在可控范围内工作)、胸肌与前锯肌(被拉伸)、腹直肌与腹横肌(离心收缩以控制伸展幅度,防止腰椎过度前凸)。

SETUP 设置

Place the Spine Corrector with its flat side against a wall or on a non-slip mat to prevent slipping.

将脊椎矫正器扁平的一面靠墙或放在防滑垫上,防止滑动。

CUES 口令

Starting position: Sit in front of the corrector, sacrum against the curved surface. Feet can be straight or bent. Arms abducted and extended to the sides. Breathing/Movement: Inhale, lengthen spine upward. Exhale, lift arms, simultaneously initiate from the head, articulating spine back segmentally onto the curved surface until entire back is supported and extended, arms may reach overhead. Hold for several breaths, feeling openness in the front. Exhale, engage core, articulate spine back up from the thoracic spine to return to starting seat. Imagery: Spine like a necklace gently placed on a curved jewel stand; front of body like a door slowly opening; back perfectly fits the corrector's curve.

起始位:坐在矫正器前方,骶骨靠着圆弧面。双脚可伸直或弯曲。手臂向身体两侧外展延伸。 呼吸与动作:吸气,脊椎向上延伸。吐气,手臂抬起,同时从头部开始引导脊椎一节一节向后卷放,直至整个背部贴合并伸展于矫正器弧面上,手臂可举过头延伸。在此位置保持几次呼吸,感受前侧的打开。吐气,启动核心,从胸椎开始一节一节卷动身体,回到起始坐姿。 想象提示:想象脊椎像一条项链,被轻柔地放在弧形的珠宝托上;身体前侧像一扇门被缓缓打开;背部完美契合矫正器的弧度。

【Direct】Spinal Articulation: On exhale, precisely mold each vertebra onto the arc of the corrector, starting from the lower thoracic spine. Head Support: Maintain natural lengthening of the cervical spine during extension, ensuring it remains supported. Pelvic Stability: Keep both sit bones firmly anchored in the front well or floor, preventing drift during the backbend. 【Indirect】Unfolding Scroll: Imagine your spine as a beautiful scroll slowly unfurling, spreading smoothly and evenly along the curve of the corrector. Inflating Parachute: View your torso as an inflating parachute; on inhale, the air pushes the fabric upward and backward for a deep stretch. Precision Chain: Imagine your body as a set of interlocking precision chains, where the movement of one vertebra precisely engages the next for seamless force transfer. 【Space】Filling the Void: As you stretch back, attempt to fill every empty space beneath the corrector's arc with your back, increasing your 3D volume. Spatial Drawing Pen: Imagine your crown as a beamed drawing pen, sketching a wide semi-circular arc across the room behind the corrector. Expanding Folding Fan: On inhale, feel your ribs like an opening fan, broadening infinitely into the lateral and rear spaces. 【Feeling】Soft Dough (Texture): Feel your spine as soft, warm dough, naturally 'flowing' downward to conform to the mold of the corrector. Penetrating Spring Water (Tactile): Feel the support of the corrector as warm spring water, slowly penetrating and softening tight fascia in the chest for deeper breathing. Elastic Band Snapback (Kinesthetic): When rolling up, imagine a taut elastic band inside your spine, using its recoil to pull you lightly back to an upright position.

TACTILE CUES 触觉提示

During the roll back, lightly touch the client's thoracic spinous processes to guide segmental movement. In the extended position, lightly touch both ends of the clavicles, cue to widen. Lightly touch the lower abdomen, cue to maintain slight contraction to protect the lumbar spine.

在练习者向后卷放时,用手指轻触其胸椎棘突,引导逐节运动。在伸展位,轻触其锁骨两端,提示向两侧拓宽。轻触其下腹部,提示保持轻微收缩以保护腰椎。

PROGRESSION 进阶

Sit on the 'seat/slit' part of the corrector to perform the backbend, significantly increasing challenge to spinal extension and head/neck alignment. Perform small arm circles or breathing expansion exercises in the extended position.

坐在矫正器的“椅面/裂缝”位置进行后仰,大幅增加对脊椎伸展和头颈排列的挑战。在伸展位进行手臂的微小画圈或呼吸扩张练习。

REGRESSION 退阶

Place a towel or mat on the curved surface to reduce the arc. Place hands behind head to support head and neck. Bend knees or sit in a diamond leg position to reduce hamstring tension. Start further away from the corrector to reduce lumbar extension range.

在矫正器弧面上垫毛巾或垫子,减少后仰弧度。双手放在头后方以支撑头部和颈部。膝盖弯曲或采用菱形腿坐姿,缓解腘绳肌紧张的影响。身体起始位置离矫正器远一些,以减少腰椎的伸展幅度。

COMMON ERRORS 常见错误

Excessive lumbar or cervical extension (compression); chin jutting forward; rib flaring; scapular protraction or excessive elevation; lumbar spine not contacting the corrector (lower back arching).

腰椎或颈椎过度伸展(挤压);下巴前突;肋骨外翻;肩胛骨前引或上提过高;腰椎未能贴近矫正器(腰部悬空)。

PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Contraindicated for acute or severe cervical/lumbar spinal stenosis, vertebral artery stenosis/insufficiency; caution with vertigo (avoid head position changes); significantly regress for those sensitive to trunk extension.

急性或严重的颈椎/腰椎管狭窄、椎动脉狭窄/闭塞者禁忌;眩晕症患者(避免头部位置改变)慎做;躯干后仰敏感者需大幅降阶。
