CUES 口令

Starting position: Stance leg straight, perpendicular to floor; facing carriage; hands on foot bar; foot near carriage presses into shoulder rest. Breathing: Exhale, extend hip and knee of back leg, pushing carriage back; inhale, straighten stance leg and bend back leg to return. Imagery: Like a drawn longbow, legs extending to opposite poles.

Filling Negative Space: As the center of gravity shifts forward for a deep stretch, use your back to broaden the upper air boundary, letting the length of the spine fill every inch of negative space above. Horizontal Scan Line: Imagine your tailbone is a paintbrush, tracing an absolutely horizontal and constant trajectory line on the side wall as the carriage moves. 【Feeling】Warm Wax Strip: Feel the fascia at the front of the hip like a piece of warm, supple wax; as the movement deepens, it becomes softer, longer, and highly plastic. PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Contraindications: Post-hip replacement, adverse neural tension, acute pelvic instability.
