COMMON ERRORS 常见错误
Excessive pelvic rotation; unnecessary spinal movement; shoulder shrugging; front knee past toes; stance leg collapsing without support.
过多的骨盆旋转;不该有的脊椎动作;耸肩;前方膝盖超过脚尖;站立腿过度下蹲无支撑。
PRECAUTIONS 注意事项
Contraindications: Acute/unstable pelvic asymmetry.
禁忌症:急性/不稳定的骨盆不对称。
