1-2 springs; foot bar elevated; non-slip pad on carriage.

CUES 口令

Starting position: Sit on foot bar, sit bones directly in front of bar, one foot on carriage edge, other foot on floor or box. Breathing: Inhale to lengthen; exhale to extend knee, pushing carriage away; inhale to return. Imagery: Body like sitting on a chair floating on water.

起始位:坐在脚踏杆上,坐骨在杆正前方,一只脚踩在滑板边缘,另一只脚踩在地上或箱子上。呼吸:吸气延伸;吐气伸膝把滑板推开;吸气拉回。想象提示:身体像坐在一把浮动在水上的椅子。

IMAGERY 意象

【Direct】Sit directly on top of the sit bones, feeling the atlas at the first cervical vertebra continuously extending upward to maximize the space between each vertebra. When pressing the pedal, focus on the femur gliding smoothly within the acetabulum, ensuring the relative position of the ribs and pelvis does not change with leg movement. Slowly control the speed of the pedal's return, feeling the spring tension travel through the soles of the feet to the core, preventing the pedal from snapping back. 【Indirect】Magic Staff: Imagine your torso as a magic staff standing in the deep sea; the base (sit bones) is as steady as a mountain, and no matter how the currents (pedal) rise and fall, the central axis remains motionless. Precision Jack: Your abdomen is like a powerful hydraulic pump, using pressure generated from the core to drive the legs like the braces of a jack, pushing down smoothly and forcefully. Elongated Lighthouse: The body is like a towering lighthouse; the light from the lantern (crown of the head) always looks straight at the horizontal line, unfazed by the crashing waves (leg movements). 【Space】Transparent Sleeve: Feel as if you are sitting inside a tight, transparent glass sleeve; while moving the pedal, your sides must never touch the walls, maintaining a sense of centeredness. Horizontal Grating: Imagine a horizontal laser emitting from the crown of your head; it must stay at a fixed height on the wall; if the laser dot jumps up or down, it means you have lost axial extension. Filling Negative Space: Use your back to fill the membrane between your body and the air behind you, letting your breath expand posteriorly to fill the space behind the seat. 【Feeling】Magnetic Balance: Feel a strong magnetic levitation between the pedal and the soles of your feet; this suction carries your legs up lightly, while you steadily overcome the repulsion when pressing down. Dense Liquid: Imagine treading water in a thick liquid; every movement carries a steady, silky, and uniform sense of envelopment, giving the action a damped quality. Breeze Through a Valley: On inhalation, feel a cool breeze passing between the vertebrae, taking away pressure and making the upper body feel lighter and more transparent with every breath.

TACTILE CUES 触觉提示

Lightly press shoulders to guide axial elongation; fingers on pelvis to ensure level.

PROGRESSION 进阶

P- increase spring tension; P- single leg with other leg extended; P- arm variations; P- add spinal flexion/extension.

P-增加弹簧重量;P-单脚练习另一只脚伸直;P-手臂动作变化;P-加上脊椎前弯后仰。

REGRESSION 退阶

R- single leg with other foot on floor; hold foot bar for support.

R-单脚练习另一只脚踩地;手扶脚踏杆辅助。

COMMON ERRORS 常见错误

Anterior or posterior pelvic tilt; ribs flared forward in front of pelvis; sliding behind foot bar; uncontrolled knee movement.

骨盆前倾或后倾;肋骨前倾在骨盆前方;滑到脚踏杆后方位置;膝盖动作失去控制。

PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Contraindications: Unable to sit with hip flexion >90° after THR; those with poor balance need to hold bar.

禁忌症:THR全髋置换术后无法坐下弯曲大于90度者;平衡感不好者需扶杆。
