SETUP 设置
Same as Full Roll Up, ensure stable support on sit bones at top side of barrel.

CUES 口令
Starting position: Seated, spine long, arms crossed on chest. Breathing/Movement: Inhale, prepare and lengthen. Exhale, initiate from mid-torso, rotate smoothly to one side, keeping equal weight on both sit bones, spine aligned with barrel's midline. Inhale, hold at end range. Exhale, control return to center. Repeat other side. Imagery: Spine like a twisted towel, turning evenly from the middle; pelvis like a bowl of water staying level; head follows upper thoracic naturally.

TACTILE CUES 触觉提示
Lightly place hands under client's ribs on both sides, guide ribs to rotate together; lightly touch scapula on opposite side of rotation, cue it to slide forward.
双手轻放在练习者两侧肋骨下方,引导其肋骨同步旋转;轻触旋转方向对侧的肩胛骨,提示其向前滑动。
PROGRESSION 进阶
1. Extend arm opposite rotation direction to increase range and challenge. 2. Add slight lateral flexion at end of rotation for compound movement.
1. 手臂向旋转方向对侧伸展,增加旋转幅度和挑战。2. 在旋转末端加入轻微的侧屈,进行复合运动。
REGRESSION 退阶
Reduce rotation range; lightly place one hand on opposite outer thigh for resistance and proprioceptive feedback.
减小旋转幅度;一手轻扶对侧大腿外侧,提供阻力和本体感觉反馈。
COMMON ERRORS 常见错误
Compensating rotation with neck or arms; pelvis rotating or tilting; rotating too fast, losing control; breath holding.
用颈部或手臂代偿旋转;骨盆跟随转动或倾斜;旋转速度过快失去控制;呼吸停滞。
PRECAUTIONS 注意事项
Caution with acute neck/shoulder issues, rib fractures or inflammation. Severe scoliosis requires professional assessment.
急性颈肩问题、肋骨骨折或炎症者需谨慎。严重脊柱侧弯需在专业评估下进行。
