SETUP 设置

Adjust barrel so that sacrum is at base of arc, hands can reach ladder; secure barrel, add non-slip mat underneath.

调整桶至骶骨在圆弧底部,手可握住附梯;固定圆桶,桶下加止滑垫。

CUES 口令

Starting position: Stand in front of barrel, sacrum at base of arc. Movement: Inhale lengthen spine, arms reach overhead. Exhale, roll spine back until hands hold first rung. Inhale lift hands, Exhale roll spine up into forward bend, Inhale roll back up to standing. Imagery: Like a rainbow arching over the barrel.

TACTILE CUES 触觉提示

Provide stable support at sacrum; guide sternum to sink during roll up.

P- feet together to reduce base of support; P- hold a bar.

REGRESSION 退阶

R- perform only part of the movement; R- add padding to barrel to reduce curve; R- bend knees.

R-只做部分动作;R-在圆桶加垫子减少弧度;R-膝盖弯曲。

COMMON ERRORS 常见错误

Excessive lumbar or cervical extension; shoulder shrugging; lumbar spine lifting off barrel; rib flaring and chin jutting.

腰椎或颈椎过度后伸;耸肩;腰椎离开圆桶;肋骨外翻及下巴前突。

PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, disc conditions, vertebrobasilar insufficiency.

脊椎狭窄症、骨质疏松症、椎间盘病症、椎动静脉闭塞。
