SETUP 设置

Adjust distance: ensure sacrum sits just forward of the barrel's apex. Client stands between barrel and ladder, facing away from barrel. Hands hold side handles or ready to reach rungs.

调整桶距:确保骶骨位于圆桶顶端稍靠前位置。练习者站在圆桶与阶梯之间,背对圆桶。双手握住侧边扶手或准备接触阶梯。

CUES 口令

Starting position: Stand in front of barrel, sacrum against barrel edge. Movement: Inhale, lengthen spine; Exhale, gently lift arms, roll spine back onto barrel surface. Hold ladder at first rung, move down step by step. Hold position for several breaths, allowing spine to relax. Exhale, reach arms toward ceiling, articulate spine back up to start. Imagery: Spine like a string of pearls draping over the barrel one by one.

【Direct】Spinal Articulation: On exhale, begin from the lumbar spine and lay each vertebra precisely onto the arc of the barrel until the head rests on the other side. Firmly grasp the ladder rungs while extending legs toward the distant floor. Inhale into the upper thorax, feeling increased pressure against the barrel. 【Indirect】Cascading Waterfall: Imagine your spine as a waterfall flowing over the edge of the barrel, descending lightly and without resistance. Drying Silk Cloth: View your body as a piece of wet silk drying, conforming completely to the semicircular barrel and letting gravity smooth out all wrinkles. Inflating Giant Ball: Imagine the barrel as a slowly inflating giant ball, gently pushing your body outward into a natural backbend as it expands. 【Space】Multi-Dimensional Expansion: On inhale, imagine the thorax expanding in all dimensions, reaching for the edges of space laterally and posteriorly. Tangential Extension: Feel the crown and toes growing infinitely along the tangent of the arc, tracing a vast parabola in space. Sternum Rising: Imagine the sternum lifting toward the highest point of the room while the vertebrae sink into the depth of the barrel, creating maximum joint space. 【Feeling】Warm Therapy Stone (Tactile/Temperature): Feel the barrel surface as a warm therapy stone bed, with gentle heat penetrating deep fascia and melting chest tension like warming oil. Filling Parachutes (Kinesthetic): Feel your lungs as two inflating parachutes, with each breath providing an outward force that pushes through tight tissues from within. Energy Fountain (Kinesthetic): When rolling up, feel energy surging up from the tailbone like a fountain, restoring the spine segmentally to its upright axis.

TACTILE CUES 触觉提示

Gentle pressure on lower ribs to prevent flaring; fingers along spinous processes for articulation; hands on ASIS for pelvic stability.

轻压下段肋骨防止外翻;手指顺着脊椎棘突引导分节卷动;手置于髂前上棘引导骨盆稳定。

PROGRESSION 进阶

Full Stretch: hands on bottom rung, legs fully extended and adducted.

全伸展位(Full Stretch):双手抓握最下层阶梯,双腿完全伸直并拢。

REGRESSION 退阶

Reduce range of motion; add padding to soften arc; place box under feet to reduce lumbar stress.

减少下降深度;在圆桶上覆盖填充垫减缓弧度;脚下垫箱子以减少腰椎受压。

COMMON ERRORS 常见错误

Excessive lumbar or cervical extension (hinging); lumbar spine lifting off barrel; chin jutting forward; head lifting before arms during roll up; posterior pelvic tilt.

腰椎或颈椎过度后伸(折断感);腰椎离开圆桶;下巴往前突;卷起时头比手臂先抬起;骨盆后倾。

PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Lumbar spinal stenosis, disc herniation, vertigo, osteoporosis (avoid rolling movements), limit range in late pregnancy.

腰椎管狭窄症、椎间盘突出、眩晕、骨质疏松(禁做卷入/卷出动作)、怀孕后期限制范围。
