Starting position: Sit on chair facing away from pedals; knees straight, feet parallel to floor; maintain pelvis position, trunk tall, one hand reaches back to pedals, other hand reaches up. Breathing: Exhale press pedals toward floor; as pedals lower, gradually rotate trunk, bringing shoulders to greater angle; inhale return, pedals rise. Imagery: Body like a twisting auger slowly releasing.

Alignment: Keep shoulders depressed while the crown of the head spirals upward toward the ceiling. 【Indirect】Double-X Elastic Bands: Imagine a resilient 'double-X' elastic structure within your torso, storing and distributing spiral energy evenly as you rotate. Rotating Lighthouse: View your spine as a bright lighthouse; the base (pelvis) is firmly embedded in rock while the upper beam (thorax) sweeps slowly across the sea. Infinite Light Axis: Imagine your arm as an axis of light extending infinitely from the center of your chest through your fingertips into the void. 【Space】Filling Room Corners: During rotation, imagine your thorax expanding in all directions, reaching to fill every distant corner of the room. Bucket-Handle Widening: Feel the ribs widening laterally and posterolaterally like 'bucket handles,' creating a broad dynamic circumference. Passing Through an Air Door: Imagine your body moving through a heavy door of air, using the strength of your back and lateral ribs to push through the space. 【Feeling】Unfolding Silk (Tactile/Texture): Feel the large chest muscles like warm silk being slowly pulled apart, releasing tension into a deep stretch. Lubricated Facet Joints (Kinesthetic): Imagine each breath flushing and lubricating the spinal facet joints, making every micro-slide as smooth as an oiled surface. Thick Syrup Resistance (Kinesthetic): The twist feels like moving through thick syrup, with every inch of rotation met by a uniform, quality resistance for total control.

Scapular elevation; humeral head protrusion; pelvic rotation; legs dropping; head dropping; chin jutting; rib flaring/protrusion; excessive cervical rotation/lateral flexion.
肩胛上提;肱骨头往前顶;骨盆旋转;腿往下掉;头往下掉;下巴往前顶;肋骨外翻/往前顶;颈椎过度旋转与侧屈。
PRECAUTIONS 注意事项
Shoulder/neck conditions, acute spinal conditions, severe osteoporosis (avoid large rotation).
肩颈部疾患、急性脊椎病症、严重的骨质疏松(避免大幅度旋转)。
