CUES 口令

Starting positions: Side Lunge: Stand on chair, turn sideways, outer foot on pedal. Sideward Stepdown: Stand on chair, one leg bends into squat. Breathing: Side Lunge: Inhale bend top leg, press pedal down; exhale press into pedal, rise vertically. Sideward Stepdown: Inhale down, exhale up. Imagery: Body moving vertically in a narrow lateral corridor.

Helium Balloon Traction: Imagine a large helium balloon attached to your crown, lightly lifting your body vertically and reducing joint loading. Cork Floating: The pedal is like a cork rising steadily from underwater; use core strength to 'hold down' the spring's surge and maintain fluidity. 【Space】Filling Lateral Space: In Side Lunge, imagine your body expanding infinitely to the left and right, attempting to fill the entire width of the room. COMMON ERRORS 常见错误

Hip rotation or hiking; foot pronation, knee collapsing inward past midline; weight not shifting to stance foot; overusing quadriceps without hip extensor engagement.

髋部旋转或提起;脚旋前,膝盖往内超过中线;重心没有往站立腿的脚移动;过度使用股四头肌而没有髋伸肌的力量。

PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Acute knee injury, severe balance impairment.
