Starting positions: Forward Lunge: one foot on pedal, other foot on chair pad, hands on handle. Backward Stepdown: feet lightly on front edge of chair, one leg bent, one straight. Breathing: Forward Lunge: exhale shift weight forward, slowly straighten front leg until back foot lifts off pedal, inhale control return. Backward Stepdown: exhale press pedal down. Imagery: Body like a vertical elevator.

Hip rotation or hiking; foot pronation, knee collapsing inward past midline; weight not shifting forward; overusing quadriceps without hip extensor engagement.
髂部旋转或提起;脚旋前,膝盖往内超过中线;重心没有前移;过度使用股四头肌而没有髋伸肌的力量。
