CUES 口令

Starting position: Stand facing or sideways to chair. Ball of one foot on pedal, weight distributed between feet (approx 60% front, 40% back). Hands on handle. Breathing: Exhale to press pedal down, extending hip and knee; inhale to control return. Imagery: Stance leg like a tree trunk rooted in ground.

Lightly place hands on client's pelvis to ensure level; lightly touch stance glute to cue stability; guide crown upward.

PROGRESSION 进阶

P- release handle for more challenge; P- use rotating disc.

COMMON ERRORS 常见错误

Pelvis not upright; weight shifting back or to side of stance foot; poor balance; client standing on platform.

骨盆不在直立的排列位置;重心往后或往站立脚的旁边靠;平衡不好;客户站在平板上。

PRECAUTIONS 注意事项

Severe balance impairment; acute knee/ankle injury.
